Found this info on a myspace blog but the speech is real and you can see the proof for yourself. READ THIS INFO! This guy is REALLY bad news. Some highlights:
- The speech, given at the U of Del.in 1992, was entitled “On the Threshold of the New World Order: A Rebirth for the United Nations”
- In it he said, “in setting an American agenda for a New World Order, we must begin with a profound alteration in traditional thought”
- “Representatives of the United Nations should be used to monitor the dismantling of the weapons, he said. “We should cut the Gordianknot of difficult dismantlement by acting immediately to sequester all warheads to be eliminated” (Remind you of anybody from Texas?)
- THE WORST PART (IMHO) “He said the United States and other countries should commit military forces to exclusive use by the United Nations’ Security Council, which would enforce nuclear agreements”
- Biden stressed that, if nuclear containment efforts fail, the United States “must be able to use force to stop rogue nations like North Korea” from collecting additional weapons of mass destruction.
- The “New World Order” also should include a new role for NATO, he said.
- “NATO should abandon its anachronistic posture-the defense of allied territory against direct attack-to make a great leap forward and adopt peace-keeping outside NATO territory as a formal alliance mission,”

Which NWO is this one about? One person comments saying the following:
I guess those opposed to a new world order, are satisfied with the world order we’re currently in. The only time nwo grabs my attention is when neocons state they will bring a new world order. Thats a whole other agenda. Obama didn’t say he would conserve what the current administration set in place. He said he wants to bring change. …….Mccain on the other hand, not only wants to keep the u.s. where it is, but move it futher in the same direction. Have you questioned why the Rep. party, other than he being the MOST senior member, chose weak Mccain? That tells me he is the only one brave enough/foolish, to follow the current agenda. I see him working on his techniques now. When asked tough questions by the media, he either states that he has already gave an answer, or ends the interview. I haven’t seen Obama do that yet. NWO yes.
As for McCain: “McCain’s World Affairs speech must rightfully be considered his ‘coming out’ speech in which he unflinchingly revealed his true globalist nature and his mission as a ‘foot soldier in the New World Order’. Thanks to his arrogance, which likely propelled him to openly disclose his One World vision, we have been given a chance to reconsider McCain as the Republican nominee and possible President of the United States.”
If the whole thing about the New World Order brush was meant to tar Obama, doesn’t that mean it tars McCain too?

So are they both talking about the same agenda? What agenda is this? More war and consumer debt? I sure hope not.
